Franchisor grants the Franchisee the right to operate under the brand name AtoZNeed within 10 PIN codes.
A one-time non-refundable franchise fee of ₹10,000/- is payable at the time of signing.
Each service partner shall pay ₹500 annually. Franchisee must remit 20% monthly to Head Office.
20% of joining fees to HO. Franchisee keeps 10% of service completion fees. Royalty due by 10th of every month.
Franchisee must use only approved branding. No independent marketing without approval.
Franchisor will provide operational manuals and training.
Franchisee must maintain quality standards. Poor ratings for 3 months may cause review or termination.
Accurate data must be maintained. HO may audit records.
Valid for 3 years. Renewal based on performance and compliance.
Termination applies for non-payment, fraud, misuse of branding, or repeated poor performance.
Franchisee must maintain confidentiality and cannot run a competing business for 1 year post termination.
Franchisee is responsible for GST, PT, labour law compliances, etc.
